Founder's story

I didn't learn from a course. I earned my way in.

I started on Upwork without a roadmap, a mentor, or a community of people who actually understood what it meant to earn in USD from Nigeria. I figured it out through iteration, failure, and a lot of trial and error, proposals that didn't land, profiles that didn't convert, rates I undercharged for too long.

Eventually, something clicked. I hit Upwork Top Rated, crossed $100,00 in personal + Upwork earnings, and built an agency that added another $20,000+. Not because I had some secret — because I built a system. A repeatable, documented, executable system.

When I looked around at what was available to Nigerian and African freelancers and remote workers, I saw courses everywhere. Courses that taught you once and left you alone. No community. No deal flow. No accountability. No path forward after module 12.

The ecosystem grows from the bottom up. Rising Talent is not a loss-leader — it is the heart of the system. If we can't deliver real results at the foundation, nothing above it has integrity.

Expert access is always free — but strictly vetted

Any practitioner with verified results and the ability to teach systems can apply. No one pays to become an Expert. But the bar is real, and it stays real — because the ecosystem's credibility depends on it.

Upskill programs are always optional

Expert-led Upskill Programs are acceleration tools, not requirements. Success inside TopRatedClub never depends on purchasing anything beyond your membership. We are not in the business of upselling our members to death.

All promotion — by Experts or members — is structured and approved. The community is not a marketplace. Members pay to access signal, not noise. We enforce this without compromise.
